WIAW: Eating on the go

I’m really starting to love my morning routines now that my son is in preschool!  I try to make the most out of those 2.5 hours by doing yoga, catching up on my DVR and taking pictures of my food 🙂 Oh you do that too! Lets be friends!


Lunch:  Whole Foods salad bar heaven!  I ate this bad boy right in the car, there was no way I could wait until I got home. eatingonthego

Dinner:  Spice-Rubbed Tilapia with Black Bean, Mango and Tomatillo Salad.  Thats a mouthful!  I found this recipe in Fine Cooking Magazine over the summer and I’ve probably made it once a week since then.  cooking
