- Stir Fry Vegetables
- Stir Fry Sauce
- Optional – Chicken, shrimp or tofu
- Cook quinoa according to package. Sauté vegetables in a large skillet while the quinoa is cooking. Once vegetables and quinoa are cooked; combine in skillet and mix well.

- Add chicken, tofu or shrimp (optional)
