Roasted Veggie Pizza

Here is a quick and easy weeknight meal
that is husband and kid approved!

  • Roasted vegetables (any variation will work! I used roasted tomatoes, summer squash, zucchini, asparagus, and broccoli)
  • Tomato sauce
  • 3-4 slices of mozzarella cheese or shredded mozzarella
  • Stonefire NAAN
  • Turn oven broiler on LOW and warm each side of the NAAN for a few minutes
  • Layer sauce, tomatoes, vegetables and cheese on to the warmed NAAN and place your pizza back under broiler for 7-10 minutes (keep a close eye to ensure the vegetables don’t burn)

  2. This is so great! I make a ground chicken naan pizza and I love making it with naan so to find more recipes using it is always great!
