Super Green Smoothie

This is my current favorite green smoothie!  Simply gather a fresh or frozen banana, frozen mango, plant-based protein, yogurt, your favorite greens, and you’re ready to blend.

Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup organic frozen mango
1/2 tablespoon plant-based protein powder (I used this one)
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup of kale/spinach/chard

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.  Transfer to a glass and top with hemp hearts!
