Last Sunday morning I took my kids to The Grist Mill in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
We spend the majority of our summer days playing outside, going on nature walks, and exploring new places. I love spending quality time together as a family! It’s also a great way for the kids to burn off all their extra energy and a fun way for me to burn 100 calories.
